Please read these terms carefully before using WikiGacha ("the app").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

WikiGacha is an entertainment application that transforms publicly available encyclopedia content into a collectible card game experience. Content is sourced from publicly available articles and presented in a gamified format.

3. User Accounts

The app may create anonymous accounts to support features such as global progress tracking and collections. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Content

• All encyclopedia content displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available articles and is used under applicable open content licenses (Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike).
• Card designs, game mechanics, visual effects, and app interface are proprietary to WikiGacha.
• You may share screenshots of your cards for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• The app offers an optional premium subscription to remove advertisements.
• Subscriptions are billed through your device's app store at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.
• Free trial eligibility and duration, if offered, are determined at our discretion and may change at any time.

6. Advertisements

The free version of the app displays advertisements. Ad content is provided by third-party services and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements shown.

7. Global Features

Certain in-app features (such as limited edition cards and scarcity mechanics) operate on a global basis. Availability of such items is on a first-come, first-served basis and we make no guarantees regarding availability.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate in-app systems, economies, or features
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or in-app items outside the app

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific content availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms, the app features, pricing, or subscription offerings at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at our discretion if these terms are violated.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer is based.
