Frequently Asked Questions

What is WikiGacha?

WikiGacha is a free iOS card game that turns random Wikipedia articles into collectible trading cards with 7 rarity tiers, from Common to Legend Rare. Each card has ATK and DEF stats based on the article's quality and popularity via the WikiRank Q-Score.

How are card rarities determined?

Card rarity is based on the WikiRank Q-Score (0โ€“100), which measures article quality using text length, references, images, popularity, and author engagement. Scores of 100 are Legend Rare, 90+ Ultra Rare, 80+ SSR, 60+ Super Rare, 35+ Rare, 20+ Uncommon, and below 20 Common. See the full rarity guide.

What are Legend Rare cards?

Legend Rare (LR) is the highest rarity tier, requiring a perfect Q-Score of 100. Only 1 copy exists worldwide per article โ€” making them the most sought-after cards in the game. Famous articles like Albert Einstein and the Colosseum can produce LR cards.

How does trading work?

Create an offer listing your card, other players browse and send proposals with their own card, then you accept or decline. Accepted trades transfer cards instantly between both players. Learn more in the trading guide.

Is WikiGacha free to play?

Yes! WikiGacha is completely free to download and play. You get packs that regenerate over time (1 per minute). There's an optional premium subscription for bonus packs and features, but everything is accessible for free.

Can I play in my browser?

Yes โ€” you can play WikiGacha directly in your browser without downloading anything. Open packs, discover cards, and check Q-Scores right from your desktop or phone browser.
